I did wait a bit, but I think that was because I arrived earlier than my appointment time. The consultation was first with the consultant, and then with Director Song. Maybe because it is a hospital specializing in extremely difficult eyes, both the consultant and the director actually said I probably did not need epicanthoplasty restoration. They said if I did it, we should proceed on only one side. When I said I wanted to do both sides together while I was at it so the shapes would match, Director Song asked why I would touch a perfectly fine eye, said you should not touch what is fine, and said that doing so could create more downsides than benefits. Because he told me the right thing, I trusted him more! Looking at reviews, overall the director's way of speaking seems a bit blunt, so people seem divided on it, but I actually liked that he spoke firmly. Of course, because the diagnosis was not what I had expected, I thought about it and later contacted them by KakaoTalk saying I wanted to close both sides in this kind of way, and they even called me to talk me out of it, so I was grateful. The price became a bit expensive because my eyelids tend to loosen easily, so instead of regular non-incisional double-eyelid surgery, it went in as ptosis correction..! Overall, I felt trust, and I liked the review photos too, so I scheduled a surgery date and put down a deposit. I really hope the surgery goes well!
