I originally only thought about removing the silicone, but they pointed out the current problems with my nose. They consulted me with a certain degree of accuracy about the future direction of improvement and how far it would improve after surgery. They took photos themselves and even checked inside my nose while I was lying down, going over every little detail one by one. They listened carefully to the patient and answered in a way that made everything I wanted easy to understand.
They do one surgery a day, and maybe because they're so well known... Even though my nose isn't particularly difficult for revision surgery, the cost was enormous, so my expectations dropped a bit.
But in terms of figuring out the direction I wanted for nose surgery and hearing a specialist's opinion that would listen to what I had to say, I absolutely didn't think the consultation fee of 10,000 won was a waste.
