I went in seeking only safety and a natural result for my first surgery. What I liked most was that I got to consult with the director right away as soon as I arrived. As soon as I sat down, they immediately asked what the patient wanted. They asked about my taste and how I wanted it done. Then they took photos themselves and had me lie down on the operating table, briefly looked at my nose, and continued the consultation. They kept asking what my preferences were, and there was no stubborn insistence from the director at all. They were calm, thorough, and kind. The manager was also great because there was no pressure to book or anything like that. If I have questions, I plan to go back for another consultation. The consultation fee was absolutely not a waste.
