Before<before nose surgery><1 month after nose surgery><2 months after nose surgery><3 months after nose surgery>Hello~ When I was thinking about rhinoplasty, I got a lot of information help from this community, so I’m leaving a review to share information too!

First, the procedures I had were hump nose rhinoplasty + rhinitis surgery at the same time. I had no surgical experience, so I had a lot of worries when getting nose surgery, but after thoroughly searching the community, I found a hospital with good reviews.. So I went for a consultation right the next day.
The standards I used to choose the hospital were the following 4 things 1. A place that pursues a natural nose shape. 2. A hospital operated by one director 3. Few side effect cases 4. Thorough postoperative care
These were the 4 conditions in total. I looked into numbers 1, 2, and 3 before going, and for number 4, after the consultation, I was reassured because they said they guarantee care up to 2 years after surgery.. And they gave a kind and thorough consultation, so I felt reassured and booked the surgery a few days later! One week before surgery, I got an injection to dissolve filler and then had the surgery.
Actually, because I hadn’t slept much due to taking a certification exam two days before, I slept very deeply during surgery.. After sleeping deeply and waking up, there was almost no pain..
The nose shape in the photo above is from 1 month after surgery I’m not sure how it looks in the photo, but my friends said it looks very natural and turned out well hehe Later, around the 2-month mark, I’ll come write one more review with the swelling gone down more!! Thank you!
*******<2-month review>******** This is the 2-month review! I’ll talk about the parts I didn’t mention in the 1-month review and the parts people asked about in the comments~
First, many people asked whether silicone was used and how many mm The nasal bridge was done with 2 mm silicone The nasal tip was done with septal cartilage + ear cartilage, 4 mm!
Second, I’ll talk about the degree of discomfort after nose surgery~ Maybe because I tend to smile widely when I smile, smiling was very uncomfortable after nose surgery.. This discomfort continued until past the 1-month mark, but as I got closer to the 2-month mark, it seems to have gone away a lot Compared with before nose surgery, it’s still about 10-20% uncomfortable, and I’ll talk about it again in the final 3-month review~~
Also, when I was tired, I tended to snore a lot, but they say they haven’t heard me snore no matter how tired I am hehe Breathing also feels much more comfortable than before, so I feel good

Because I received a lot of help from this community, I’m leaving this review so people who are considering nose surgery can use it just as a reference hehe Surgery is optional, so I hope you look carefully at various side effects, posts, and consultations before making a good decision!
First, I’ll talk again about the discomfort I’m feeling now!! Even at month 2, I originally didn’t have much discomfort, but now that it’s month 3, it seems the discomfort is disappearing even more! If comparing by percentage, it’s about 5% more uncomfortable than before surgery,,? The uncomfortable cases are 1. I can’t scrub my nose hard when washing my face. 2. The nasal tip is hard, so I’m hesitant to touch it strongly.. I think that’s about it hehe
And now I’ve started exercising, which I had been putting off until now!! I used to steadily jump rope and jog, but after nose surgery I kept being unable to do them.. The hospital said I could do intense exercise from month 1, but because of the possible chance of inflammation, I think I started from a little after month 2 hehe
I also started drinking a little after month 2 because of the possible chance of problems I left a lot of time after surgery before drinking, but... I was nervous when I had my first drink.. Thankfully, nothing was wrong the next day! I don’t smoke originally, so I don’t think I have anything to say about that If possible, I recommend leaving about a 2-month grace period before smoking or drinking!!
And in terms of shape, the swelling seems to be gradually and continuously going down! Even at month 2, most of it had gone down, but seeing that it has gone down somewhat more at month 3, I think the swelling will continue to gradually go down to some extent going forward!
