Contracted nose. Columella pulled upward. The nose tip is lifted.
They thought the cause might be the previously performed philtrum reduction (same opinion as mine). I said I want to leave the bridge as is and only operate on the tip. They agreed, and we discussed the extra skin allowance together carefully.
The doctor was very kind and gave great consultation. They showed a lot of cases with extreme noses.
They said autologous costal cartilage would be needed if necessary.
The decision is mine (if I leave the bridge as is and only lower the tip, I'm worried my nose will look longer and make me look older)
