I still have one more place left to consult, but among the hospitals I visited, this one looked at my nose the most carefully. They even touched it, twisted it, and took photos. They said my septum was small and soft, so they should use ear cartilage, and told me not to put in silicone because it would definitely show through and I’d end up having to remove it. There was no waiting, and they were kind.
