I went for a consultation last time, but I was having such a hard time choosing a hospital, so I went back for a second consultation
At the first consultation, they took photos, touched my nose and showed me things, and since my chart had been recorded, during the second consultation I asked mostly about the things I was curious about, and they explained my concerns well

First, above all, they explained well the concern that I have and that everyone who is getting consultations or considering surgery probably has: [Will the difference before and after surgery be too big?] The nuance was that there is of course a before-and-after difference, but a successful surgery is one where someone who knows me looks at my face and is unsure whether I had nose surgery or not. (Of course, that is how I heard it; go for a consultation first.) It felt like they were saying a nose that makes a stranger think, “This person got a nose job,” is a failed nose. That was exactly what I had been thinking too, and the director seemed a bit frustrated that, even though they are grouped as a hospital that does natural-looking work, they get grouped together with hospitals that only do tiny, superficial changes(?) haha.. Of course, I do not mind if people who know me notice; I just want the shape-related complex about my nose to be corrected clearly and properly. I’m wondering if I should say that during the pre-op consultation. I could not say this during the second consultation... Or maybe they will make it pretty on their own.. lol this is something I’m worried about
The second concern was something I wrote in my consultation review: [More focused on the side view than the front? Minimal improvement from the front?] I did not directly ask this, but after hearing the director talk, this concern was naturally resolved. First, the director’s belief? had the nuance that a surgery that looks obvious from the front is a failed one (of course, this is my personal interpretation). In the photos they actually showed me, there were many cases of noses with pinching from the front, visible cartilage, upturned noses, and so on that they corrected to look really natural from the front, while from the side view the nose did not become lower and was actually higher or maintained its height. That also made me trust them, so I booked surgery and came back...
Of course, if you want a nose that looks obvious, glamorous, and sharply built up like a celebrity’s, I do not recommend going for a consultation. That is absolutely not the vibe here.
Also, the hospital staff were kind, and there was nothing particularly bad. I was a bit surprised after seeing reviews saying they were unfriendly...
I think many people have the same concerns as me. I recommend going for a consultation, and you may also be worried because there are not many reviews of Goksaem Plastic Surgery. Whether my surgery turns out badly or successfully, I will leave a very candid review afterward, so I hope this resolves at least some of your curiosity. (Of course, since I’m getting surgery, this is not broker advertising.)
