If your top priority is to have a stable surgery without the disastrous level of side effects that get posted in this community, I do think it could be good.. I'm sorry to say this, but I don't think the director has particularly good aesthetic sense. And their approach to the surgical area and methodological perspective seem to stay at just a textbook level, or to put it positively, even more conservative than the textbook; to put it negatively, rather narrow. Where I felt this was that they repeatedly said that if the nasal tip is raised, the nostril wings would shrink, and therefore the nasal tip cannot be raised much.. In fact, even I, as a layperson, know that this can be supplemented by adding a bit more cartilage to the nasal lobule to give it more volume, but once they think something is a certain way, they seem to have a tendency to think only within that fixed range. Moreover, they don't use costal cartilage and said they themselves can do it only with ear cartilage... But while saying that, they showed an example of nostrils becoming perforated after costal cartilage surgery and said costal cartilage should not be used, which was a little unconvincing. It felt like they were trying to change the patient's mind by citing only bad cases from other hospitals rather than the strengths of their own method. There are doctors who make you feel after just 5 minutes of consultation that they are really good at consultations, but I felt very frustrated during the 30-minute consultation. Of course, I have also had consultations more than 20 times, but a good consultation is not simply one where the consultation is long or the doctor talks a lot, right? It was not communication with the patient; the consultation style, where the director repeats the same things and endlessly shows cases to persuade the patient to think the way the director thinks, was not good. People who have only gone around to a few factory-style large hospitals for consultations may be surprised by this director's 30-minute to 1-hour consultation and may think the consultation style is detailed, but.. they just say the same thing again and again. If I hadn't interrupted midway, I think they probably would have filled a full hour.. The estimate is also high. A hospital is a hospital.. I'm a bit skeptical about whether a one-doctor clinic that aims for safety and gives high estimates is necessarily a skilled hospital. Of course, since I haven't had surgery there, I can't say definitively one way or the other. Of course, when I looked at the before-and-after photos, there wasn't much change. There are hospitals that operate safely, effectively, and beautifully. I strongly got the impression that the director sets the range of what they can do, or what they consider worth doing, gives only textbook-style consultations within that range, and takes an exclusionary attitude toward anything outside that range, so I have no plan to have surgery there. It wasn't good.
