Truly insincere. That man was insincere in consultation too, and he did the surgery carelessly as well. As soon as the splint was removed, I seriously wondered what he had done; the columella was asymmetrical, and in photos it looks sunken. I seriously suspect the doctor may have finished the surgery in 3 minutes. The CCTV here is a total lie too. Before surgery, when I asked the consultant whether the CCTV is recorded, she looked like 'why are you asking something like that?' and said you cannot ask for that on the day. Their surgical method also cannot produce good results. Their method is to crush cartilage and graft it, but if you crush it, it absorbs faster and you can experience the magic of returning to your original nose. When I contacted them about revision surgery because I did not like my nose, maybe because it was bothersome, they said I could schedule a consultation with the director in one or two months; it is almost like a university hospital. They said they would contact me again through the consultant, but I did not receive even one call. Aftercare is the worst too. I really wish this director would not hold a scalpel if he is going to operate so carelessly. I went through the hardship of doing revision surgery, and I am so upset to have this kind of nose shape. (I am not sure of the exact surgery cost. Since it was revision surgery here, they did it cheaply and insurance reimbursement was applied, so I did not pay much for the surgery.)
