I had a nose consultation, and they said this doctor can handle various materials. They said it would be good to do revision surgery with dermis and donated rib cartilage, and that they could shave down the hump and even redo the osteotomy, but it felt like the surgical scope was getting too broad, so for now I'm planning to consult other places. The doctor was very nice and seemed meticulous. The price was also high because it was revision surgery.
