A acquaintance had a revision surgery at Migo and the shape turned out beautiful, so I went for a consultation too. I made a reservation and went, but the waiting time was long. The doctor’s consultation was very kind, and they explained everything in detail while looking in the mirror one by one, so I felt reassured and trusted that I could leave it to this doctor. After the doctor’s consultation, I had a consultation with the manager, but the manager didn’t seem to know the subject professionally. Rather than a consultation, it felt like they were just sitting there blankly, and whenever I asked a few questions, they would give short answers and talk as if it were someone else’s business, saying everyone is like that~ That made me think they didn’t have much expertise, so even though I liked the doctor very much and had planned to make a reservation, my mind changed after the manager’s consultation. I’d say the enthusiasm disappeared. The surgery is done by the doctor, but the person right below still needs to support things to some extent, and because they seemed so lacking in professionalism, my trust dropped. After thinking about it for a few days, I ended up booking with the place that had been my second choice.
