First of all, the waiting time was incredibly long. Even though I had a reservation, I waited almost 2 hours The director was kind, and the consultation took about 10 minutes??? They told me to ask if I had any questions. The consultation with the manager was fine too. Overall, it was a satisfying consultation. It gave me time to think more about nose surgery.
