I went in for a consultation about revision nose surgery. First of all, I liked that they pointed out exactly what was needed. But it didn’t feel like a very thorough consultation, and the doctor seemed eager to get out quickly, like he was being chased by something. While I was in consultation, the clinic director actually burst the door open and came in twice!!! without even knocking. I think they were probably there to pressure us to finish the consultation quickly. Isn’t knocking basic manners? I felt like they were quite dismissive of the patient. It felt so rude, and I wondered what they were even trying to do, but I didn’t complain separately about it. Since I just won’t have surgery there. When discussing the cost, I was asked how much I was thinking of, which was a bit odd. Does that mean they can match the price to what I say? Isn’t the surgery cost supposed to be decided by them, not me… Anyway, if this were a first surgery, the price would be reasonable and worth considering, but since this is revision surgery, it needs more caution. So, well, I’m not sure about this place.
