Early removal: 37 days after removing silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage

Hello~~ I really relate to the saying that people feel differently when they go into the bathroom and when they come out... To be honest, there was also a part of me that didn’t want to come in here. When I came into this community, for some reason... I became anxious and nervous. It felt like I had gone back to the time when I had surgery again, and it was really hard, so I think I tried not to come in. Still, in case I got messages and could help someone, I came in very occasionally in between. Every time, I would read a post or two... When my surgery went wrong, people who were in that same state of mind had posted a lot of new posts... I felt so sorry for them, just... as a fellow woman... Anyway, I hope doctors like that get back what they deserve. To go back to my story, it has been about a month and a week since I had my whole nose removed. During the contraction period, it is normal for it to lift a little, right? Until about 3 weeks after surgery, I was really completely fine. Actually, I think that was when it looked the prettiest. Then from around week 3? around a month, when I woke up in the morning, my nostrils were quite visible. Honestly, other people probably wouldn’t really notice, but I know because it’s my face. Then at night, when I look in the mirror to wash up, it has come down a lot again. Actually, it still does that even now. In the morning it lifts? and in the evening it comes down, so it keeps repeating. How long does this last? If anyone knows, please leave a comment..! And I didn’t feel any tight squeezing sensation in my nose. Or maybe I just didn’t notice... They said I didn’t seem to need to take Rizaben, so I didn’t take it. They said it can have side effects if you take it, so I think that part was fortunate. And the good thing is that I had a droopy, arrow-shaped nose, and my nasal tip was on the long side, but my nose became a little shorter and it is not an arrow-shaped nose anymore. I’m satisfied with this, but I do think people whose noses were originally a bit short might feel flustered. And the downside........ My nasal tip was originally on the high side, and I didn’t have much of a nasal bridge. But when I had nose surgery, they shaved down a very slight hump.... Honestly, it’s not such a huge difference, but it does subtly look more spread out. My bridge was already low, and then they even shaved the hump there... So actually, after 5 months, I’m thinking about maybe putting in just 1 mm of silicone for the bridge.. I want to get filler, but after time passes, I really hate that characteristic spread-out look. But honestly, silicone is scary too... Why is human psychology like this? Before surgery, a nose that had surgery looked pretty, and after having nose surgery, a nose that hadn’t had surgery looked so pretty, and now, if I had to choose between the two, I do like my current nose, but it also looks too bland.. and it does have a slight Avatar-like feeling too. Honestly, if I put on makeup and add some contouring, it’s okay, but there is nothing between my eyebrows.... It’s funny and sad haha Has anyone had a full removal and later put in only silicone again~? If so, please leave a comment. Lastly, for those who are going to have removal, I think it is better to keep your mind at ease.. however, please decide carefully. I made the decision because when I looked at my face in the mirror, I cried and had social anxiety to the point of avoiding people, but if it really isn’t to that extent, I don’t recommend it. Having another surgery not long after nose surgery means you have to accept the risks... There are quite a few people here who had early removal, but it is absolutely not risk-free. But I accepted that risk and did it, and honestly, I’m living comfortably now. I don’t regret it. I got a lot of information from this community and had surgery, so I’m posting this with gratitude..!
