I had surgery with septal cartilage 9 years ago, and if you are hoping for a natural look, it is good to go. For someone whose original nose shape is pretty, it can be made naturally higher. But after N years, I decided to get revision surgery, went around to several places, and in the end got a bit more correction from the same doctor.
