The doctor was kind and professional, and strongly prioritized safety. They prefer a very natural look, so they carefully checked the inside of my nose too, and even used a cotton swab to lift it and show me how much it would change. I really felt it would look very natural, and they told me not to raise it any further. I already had a lot of filler in my original nose, and they explained that if silicone were added, unlike filler, if it were placed at the same height as my current filler it would be too high and look unnatural. The doctor’s consultation definitely felt like a very experienced professional. The coordinator’s consultation was good too; there wasn’t much pressure, and she kept praising the doctor. But it was my first surgery, and with the plan using septum cartilage + ear cartilage + silicone, the estimate was in the upper 4 millions of won. They said it would be discounted to the upper 3 millions only if I also did photo reviews plus video reviews.. It was more expensive than I expected, and the design was so natural that I hesitated and took back the deposit. They don’t even put in packing here, and the surgery time is a bit long, but the doctor seems to carefully tailor things to the patient if you bring a printed photo of your nose before surgery.. They seemed very confident there would be no bleeding or bruising. It might be worth a visit at least once.
