I had removal of an implant, septal reinforcement, and cartilage binding with dissolvable thread (repositioning?) done. I had it under sleep anesthesia.
The hospital itself felt very busy, so it was not especially friendly, but when I looked at the CT, the doctor explained things, and if I asked questions, they answered well. I saw the director every time I came in after surgery, at least briefly The cost is on the expensive side, and there may be additional charges if foreign material comes out. Even though it was expensive, I chose it because the consultation was good. It has only been a month, but it seems like the removal went well, and people around me did not really notice that it had been removed. The shape is not bad either.. Because of the cartilage binding, the nasal tip is stiff (not as much as a surgical nose though), and the pig nose motion is a little difficult...? But those parts are not important to me, and I just wanted it to look like a normal human nose after removal, so I am not bothered because the shape is fine.
Honestly, the hospital facilities are not that great. I was a bit surprised by the operating room Still, they seem to prepare thoroughly for surgery with CCTV, an anesthesiology specialist, pre-op tests, and so on, so I am satisfied.
