I had nose surgery with osteotomy and no implant, using ear cartilage. Compared with other clinics, the style is more natural, and the line is feminine (a slightly upturned half-line? ). If the style suits you, I think it will look good on you, but if you dislike an upturned nose, it may not suit you. They didn’t pack my nose with gauze, so it was comfortable.
