I got rhinoplasty with silicone, and it turned out so naturally well that I'm satisfied. I do wonder if I should have raised it a bit more, but people around me say it looks just naturally pretty as it is now, so I'm satisfied. The consultant was fairly kind too, and I went through an acquaintance's introduction, so they gave me a big discount. I didn't go after seeing an ad; it was an acquaintance's recommendation, so I registered it as 0 won.
