About 8 years ago, I had surgery at a plastic surgery clinic in Sinsa-dong that was said to have an ENT specialist, paying maybe 3.5 million won in cash, to fix both rhinitis and a hump nose.. The rhinitis is still the same.. They said there would be no side effects if the nasal tip was done with septal cartilage, so I did it, but the columella protrudes too much. I didn’t know it would be this hard either, and looking back now, I feel like the explanation may have been far too insufficient..
