The coordinator was really kind and explained everything well, which I liked, but I felt like the director was so busy that he was trying to wrap up the consultation in a hurry, which was very disappointing Personally, I liked the reviews and had been looking forward to the consultation at this hospital... Still, the director seemed very confident, and my expectations for the surgery were high.
