From the phone call, I got the feeling they were a little unfriendly? It was a call from a personal number, and because the audio quality was bad I asked them to repeat themselves, but they ignored that and kept asking questions.. They said they were swamped with consultations, and I got the feeling that it wouldn't matter much if I didn't come, so I went to the consultation thinking maybe this was confidence in surgery?!??? But the consultation with the director was good. Even there I didn't feel any rudeness, but they weren't especially warm either. They said the clinic was founded after the director left another hospital, but the clinic itself isn't that old, so I think I will have the surgery somewhere else
