Nose surgery consultation I have a droopy arrow nose tip.... I went because it was said to be a hospital famous for fancy noses. I had my consultation in January, and got a quote for hump reduction, donated rib cartilage, and nasolabial angle correction. The consultation was in the order of manager > doctor > manager, and they took a 3D CT and explained things based on that, and there was no consultation fee.
