OM Plastic Surgery was the first place I was recommended, but it had the toughest booking process compared with the others, so it took a very long time. Even though I made a same-day reservation and went, I think I still waited 30 to 40 minutes... I wondered whether I really needed to wait this long just to have a consultation, but I remembered the saying that it pays off, so since I was already there, I decided to see what it was like and waited.
The consultation manager was trying to come across as friendly, so it was easy to talk. I explained what surgeries I'd had before and what I wanted improved, and they talked through a plan centered on those points. After the manager consultation, I waited about 10 minutes and then the director came in. Honestly, at first their expression looked cold, so they felt hard to approach. As the consultation went on, the atmosphere got warmer, so I ended up listing all the surgeries I wanted.
My hump was very severe and I didn't have much facial fat, so they said I would need fat grafting to fill things out. I said I wanted to fix the part where I get double folds when I'm tired or not feeling well, and they recommended natural adhesion. From cafe and community activity, I knew that in cases like a hump nose, some people smooth it down and don't fill with silicone, but Director Oh Min said that if we did that, it could become uneven, and since my nasal bridge is also on the high side, they suggested laying silicone thinly.
They asked if I had any line or shape in mind, and said it would be good to show photos. But I was in the position of just hoping these complexes would be resolved well, so I didn't really have a specific line or style I wanted, haha. Still, the director said that if I'm going to do it anyway, isn't it better to make it prettier, so they gave me homework to bring photos on the day of surgery.
I had heard from a friend that it was expensive but worth it, so I went expecting a certain maximum price, but honestly the consultation time didn't feel that long compared with how much waiting I did. They seem to be the type who get straight to the facts without unnecessary words, so after the consultation I didn't have any lingering questions or uncomfortable feelings because I couldn't ask something.
The important thing is that I'll only know for sure after the surgery, but they did point out some things I hadn't caught after visiting other clinics, so I'm satisfied overall. That said, parking was a little inconvenient and I had to wait a long time for the elevator. If you're visiting, please hurry a little earlier than your reservation time.
