They honestly told me that because my nose is small, they could not raise it very much They said if I were to have revision surgery, they would only add ear cartilage on top of the original implant.. I liked the honest consultation, but compared with just adding ear cartilage, the price felt expensive, so I thought about it and did not go through with it..
