Ten years ago I had a thin double eyelid line done with partial incision, but it was so, so natural that I wanted it to look bigger and more glamorous, so I had epicanthoplasty and double eyelid revision surgery with the same doctor. It was still partial incision for an in-and-out style. Honestly, there’s almost no scar, so you only notice it if you carefully look at the three places where it was stitched. My eyes definitely got bigger, but they also got a bit too sultry, so drawing the eyeliner a bit thicker looks prettier.
