I had a consultation with someone other than Director Oh Min. They explained things point by point while drawing pictures, but they had very strong personal opinions and seemed to dislike it when the patient talked about various things they wanted. Their voice was already loud, and because their tone was also strong, it felt like I was being scolded, so I was uncomfortable. They seemed to speak conservatively during the consultation, which is fine, but I do not know if it was something that needed to be said with such a stern face. It felt like they only wanted patients who would just say yes, yes, and follow the doctor's opinion. Also, when consulting with a patient in a small room, isn't it basic manners to either brush your teeth or at least wear a mask?
On top of that, at reception they kept asking the same questions I had already asked in the chat, over and over again, making me uncomfortable, and the consultant could not even properly understand what I was saying or grasp what I wanted. Overall, I felt communication was not good.
And why are the staff's skirts so short.. When they were taking photos, they stood with their legs apart, and I felt embarrassed for them because I was worried their underwear might show....
I was already upset because my nose had gone wrong, but I only came back hurt. The doctor seemed perfectionistic and meticulous, but I do not think I would want surgery from a doctor who is stubborn and lacks warmth. Especially if I think about the possibility that something could go wrong. I have gone to consultations at several clinics, but this is the first time I have had such an unpleasant experience.
