Cookie Community Review

Originally, it was my No. 1 choice from online research, but I decided not to do it there. First, I was going to arrive 30 minutes late, so I contacted them to say I might be late, and I was told there could be a wait. Since it was my fault, of course I was okay with that, but I didn’t know I would have to wait over an hour, so it was hard. The first impression I got as soon as I walked in was that the front desk staff were not very friendly, and I also felt the consultant did not suit me. To list what was disappointing: First, I went in not knowing much about facial contouring, and the consultant spoke in a slightly lecturing tone, saying something like, “It’s your own surgery, so you should have researched it properly before coming. What are you doing?” Of course, there are people who study hard and bring a full list of questions, but I had heard there are also cases like mine, where you go to hear the explanation and find a style that fits you, so I was taken aback. Also, they kept emphasizing many times that Cookie Plastic Surgery has been around a long time and has a lot of experience. From the surgery reviews, I knew many people had good results and went knowing they had skill, but it felt like the PR was too much. Second, among the four places I consulted, including Cookie, no doctor recommended cheekbone reduction. (They all commonly said they could do it if I wanted, but there was no particular need to.) But the consultant at Cookie said it seemed like I needed cheekbone reduction. (In the end, do all three.) Third, among the four hospitals I consulted, this was the first place where the consultant listened from behind from beginning to end. It felt burdensome and unnecessarily uncomfortable. I think it would be good to know this before going. Maybe because it was a late-afternoon consultation, the director looked a little tired, but was kind. The explanation itself was concise, and from the way he asked if I had any questions, it seemed focused on answering questions, but before the director came in, I had already lost interest, so it ended with almost no questions. In the end, the consultation fee was 20,000 won, the most expensive among the places I went, and I felt it was a waste of money. If you’re going for a consultation, I recommend studying a lot and really preparing your questions thoroughly~
