Being on the first floor felt kind of nice. There was a bit of a waiting time, but since they were in surgery, I guess that couldn't be helped. The director who consulted me was Director Oh Hwayoung, and I chose them after reading a few reviews. They looked over my face carefully and consulted me thoroughly, which I liked. The staff were pretty decent too.
