I just somehow liked the hospital’s atmosphere. I visited for eye and nose consultation, and when I said I was worried about side effects and anxious, the assurance that they would take responsibility for it made me trust them. The director first listened comfortably to what was worrying me and which parts I didn’t like, and then calmly explained the surgery methods. The honest consultation won me over.
