The coordinator and the doctor who consulted with me were both reasonably kind. In response to the question of whether implants often have to be removed later because of inflammatory reactions or a foreign-body sensation, they said that in their own surgical cases, they have never had a single request for removal. It did leave a slightly sweet-talk kind of impression. Still, their confidence was definitely strong. There was no event discount if you wrote a review, so that made me trust it more.
