I went to see Director Oh Hwa-young for a consultation about eye correction surgery. The process was to first consult with the manager, then the director, and then the manager again. The director recommended incisional epicanthoplasty. They also drew out the line for how it would look when set low for a hidden double eyelid and when set high, and explained the surgery in detail. I wasn't fully convinced that I would get surgery here, but overall it was just decent.
