Hello. About a year ago, I had surgery with 7 mm silicone, osteotomy, nostril reduction, and nasal tip surgery using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. I'm worried about side effects and want to remove the silicone. After removing it, I want to make the nasal tip as pretty as possible to match the bridge of my nose, using autologous costal cartilage, septal cartilage, or ear cartilage. Since my original nose was very low, if I remove the silicone, will it go back to my original nose? Or will it be a third kind of nose, somewhere between my surgical nose and my original nose? If there is no inflammation, I don't plan to remove the capsule. If anyone has already had it removed or is in a similar situation to me, please let me know.
