A few years ago, I had nose surgery, my nose tip became crooked, and back then I didn't even know about this community and hadn't researched much, so I went back to the same hospital and the same director. From the side, the shape of my nose didn't project forward, and now the tip has dropped. I had used silicone and septal cartilage. I had the revision because the tip looked crooked, but nothing changed. It's still slightly crooked as it was. If my face itself is asymmetrical and it was bound to tilt a little no matter what, and if redoing it wouldn't change anything, then I think they should have refused the revision surgery in the first place.
