I went today and had a consultation. Since I was almost the first one there, I barely had to wait. It was a place famous for men's eye correction, so there were tons of men there. I wanted to book a surgery date for the week after next, but they were fully booked until early March. The doctor explained things really well, and more than anything, it was impressive that they publicly show the CCTV to prevent proxy surgeries. Hmm.. I couldn't set a date because of the start of the semester, but I still felt like I wanted to get surgery here.
