When I first visited, there were tons of people waiting and the staff were all moving around busily. There were lots of employees when I entered the hospital, but no one was there to guide me. I filled out my chart and was quickly shown to the consultation room, so I was happy, but after that came an enormous wait... The manager was friendly and pointed out various things while looking at my eyes, but since I had just come from another clinic where the doctor gave a detailed explanation, the manager's words felt like something anyone could say in sales, and I didn't get a very professional impression. Also, since our standards of beauty were different, she often looked puzzled even when I explained the eyes I wanted. At that point, I thought that if the consultation manager and I had aligned standards of beauty or if she understood my explanation well, the later consultation with the doctor would go more smoothly. Anyway, despite that, she was the kindest manager I'd seen so far. There was a bit of a feeling that she kept wandering off topic when I asked questions, though Unlike the doctors I'd seen so far, the doctor focused on what the patient wanted. He asked me to draw the line I wanted, and when I showed him photos I wanted, he said he understood the image I was aiming for. I liked that he drew both lines even though I hadn't said anything. But I'm still thinking because I don't really like the line.... The price is reasonable. The system is also well organized, so it feels reassuring.
