I had a consultation about uneven eyes with Director Shin Insu, and he said that because the eyelids sag over time, they end up dropping downward anyway, so there was no need to set them lower in the first place. He said eye correction wasn't necessary, that both eyes should get epicanthoplasty, and that the right eye, which already has a double eyelid, doesn't need to be stitched, only the left one does. He said colored thread might actually be better. It was the first time I'd heard someone say I should only get double-eyelid surgery on one side, and it seemed professional.
