I visited on a weekday at 12:30, and after a consultation with the manager, the director came in right away without any particular wait. The manager recommended double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty, but Director Lee Woojin showed me both what it would look like with just double eyelid surgery and with ptosis correction together by drawing the line for both, and said that even just double eyelid surgery would look good and make it easier to open my eyes, so I decided to proceed with only the double eyelid surgery. He also said epicanthoplasty wasn't necessary at all and was genuinely kind and thorough without any overtreatment! I had a lot of questions because I had watched all of Jaejun's YouTube videos, and they answered everything in detail and even let me hold up my phone instead of a mirror to take photos of the line they drew. I had booked consultations at two places for eye surgery, but before I even went to the second one, I just said I'd have the surgery here. I'm looking forward to it
