The consultation manager explained things in such a professional way that they really stuck in my ears and made it easy to focus, and they explained not just the nose but also the overall impression, so it felt like I was getting advice from many angles, which I liked. They explained the deposit, but they seemed to guide me toward it naturally rather than leaving it as a choice, so I said I wouldn’t do it. The director, unlike other directors, explained things very actively and in a way that really sank in, like reading a storybook. They were very kind, and compared with other hospitals, they explained things in a brighter, more cheerful way. I had a strong feeling that this place would be good at creating a fancy, glamorous nose rather than a functional one, and unlike at other hospitals, they recommended using an implant. If I looked at it purely from an aesthetic point of view, they seemed like they would make a good nose, but my purpose was more functional than cosmetic, so I left it off my list.
