I had a consultation for eye surgery, and both the manager and the director were kind throughout. The director seemed extremely confident and explained clearly how the surgery should be done, so they were persuasive and I trusted them a lot. I still had other clinics scheduled for consultations, so I didn’t leave a deposit, but it seemed good.
