Eye Surgery Reviews

Jayjun review

I’m a man in my mid-20s (slightly drooping eyelids, mild ptosis, eyes a bit uneven, thin eye skin, protruding eyes, horizontally long eyes)

Located near GS Tower by Yeoksam Station.

I booked a consultation and got one the very next day The wait time for the consultation was short..

Maybe because they’re famous for men’s eye and nose procedures, there were tons of men.. Of all the hospitals I’ve been to so far, this one had the highest ratio of male patients..

Hospital environment: about a 5-minute walk from the subway station.. clean interior design..

Estimate: partial-incision eye correction 165 (140 if paid the same day) Lower eyelid fat repositioning 95 Cash and card same price

Kindness: the director spoke extremely fast.. looked incredibly busy.. still answered everything and took all my questions The manager was kind and friendly

The director looked very young I asked the manager and they said he was in his 40s..

The director didn’t recommend a bunch of random surgeries, only the ones that seemed truly necessary, which I liked (no overtreatmentx)

Probably don’t need nose surgery.. If you really want it, filler would be better.. Lower eyelid fat repositioning recommended

<Consultation with director>

Lower eyelid fat repositioning recommended No need for fat grafting under the eyes..

Mild ptosis.

Showed me two double-eyelid styles.. A no-crease style and a style with a slightly visible double-eyelid line toward the end.. I liked the one with a slightly visible double eyelid.. (the director also said the slightly visible style toward the end suited me better)

Let’s do partial incision -> Me: If we do partial incision, won’t it loosen over time??.. If I’m doing it, I want to do a full incision so it’s definitely stable.. -> Director: An incision doesn’t mean it never loosens, and partial incision leaves less scarring and is good.. The last 2 mm is done as a full incision anyway.. so partial incision doesn’t loosen easily either.. Your skin is thin too, so it won’t loosen easily.

Don’t do nose surgery

Me: What about only the tip??.. -> Director: Only the tip probably wouldn’t look pretty, and it would be better to put in a thin silicone implant in the bridge too.. If you only do the tip, the line ends up looking like a woman’s semi-curved nose, but men look best with a straight line, so rather than only doing the tip, you need silicone in the bridge too.. Or, you do have a slight hump, so lightly shaving it down is also fine.. Nose surgery probably isn’t necessary, and if you want it, get filler

The director personally touched my eyes and said that if I got a lateral canthoplasty, they would end up like this with exposed sclera..

He emphasized that I don’t need any canthal widening procedures..
