I had double eyelid surgery during Chuseok in 2017. I thought that at Wonjin, you had to get it done by Dr. Wonjin haha But another doctor did it, and it felt like a factory, so on the day of surgery I thought, ah... maybe this isn’t right. But in the end, it turned out really well! My eyes are long horizontally, so when I was younger I believed that was attractive ;; and lived with it somehow, but once I got into my mid-30s, I developed ptosis too, and without double eyelids I definitely looked older, so I was half in doubt, but it turned out very well. I went around to about... 3-4 places, then just decided, well, I’ll do it somewhere famous. If anyone still hasn’t made up their mind, just do it at Wonjin~
Oh, and I think aftercare is really important. For about 3-5 days, I slept almost sitting up haha, drank pumpkin juice for about a month, and since the weather was cool, once it got dark I walked for almost 2 hours at a time to reduce swelling as much as possible!
