A clinic where I have a really good memory of the consultation. First, the consulting manager who came in first was very kind and skilled. While talking with the manager, I felt very comfortable, and they explained the basic background accurately and in detail. I thought it would be very good for someone having their first consultation or someone without much basic background to visit here first.
I also really liked that they proactively emphasized points patients might worry about, such as having an anesthesiology specialist on site and disclosing CCTV footage anytime within one month if requested. They also explained the pricing for each item, and I liked that they organized it along with an information booklet so I could review it again later. It did not feel very sales-driven either.
The facilities were clean, and when I went, there were quite a few people, including patients who had already had surgery. There was no wait.
I had the consultation with Director Kim Ki-wan, and among the consultations I had, he explained things in great detail, so I trusted him. I also work at a hospital and have met many doctors, but he was very kind. I think he spent almost 30-40 minutes on the consultation, and I learned a lot about surgical techniques that I had not known before.
