My eyes were the kind that could have been done with buried sutures, but when I was deciding between incision and buried sutures, I regretted that they didn't recommend buried sutures as an option. I spent 1-2 years mentally suffering from double eyelid scars after full incision. Two people around me had it done there, and one was satisfied, while the other didn't like the result and got revision surgery somewhere else.
