First, they took CT scans and photos from multiple angles, and there was no consultation fee. While reviewing the CT, they suggested directions for improving a bulbous nose. I wanted to avoid implants as much as possible, but they said that if we did that, there would be almost no improvement. They recommended costal cartilage. I trust that they spoke honestly, but they couldn't guide me in the direction I wanted.
