I'm still only at the stage where I've just had a consultation, but I found a place I really like!! My nose is... low nasal bridge + hump nose + nostrils show a little, about that level, so I really wanted to get my nose done!! During the consultation, should I say the director had pride in nose surgery? It felt very professional, and I really liked the consultation too. I said I wanted to get rid of the hump and make the line a bit more glamorous, and he said using donated costal cartilage for the nasal bridge and nasal tip should work. He said with that, the glamorous line I want + a straight-to-slightly-curved profile would be no problem, and I really liked it.
