First of all, compared to other hospitals, the director was very detailed and proactive during the consultation. But there was a feeling that he explained things a bit vaguely rather than pinpointing the exact problem, so I got a little confused. The consultation director was kind too, and the overall staff atmosphere was good. I also liked that they were not obsessed with the reservation deposit.
