I am someone who had two types of facial contouring. I had my square jaw and cheekbones done, and honestly it didn't change dramatically... The surgery ended safely without any accidents. But I don't know if the doctor is just cautious, but for people who want a dramatic bone reduction, I would recommend another hospital.
