I’ve been to a lot of consultations, but this is the first time I’ve seen such a rude director. I went for a contouring consultation, and not only did he criticize my eyes, he kept sighing and shaking his head. Even after the consultation was over, he told the staff, loud enough for everyone to hear, that a difficult case had come in, just among themselves. I cried in the elevator on the way down after the consultation here
