The director was full of passion and I liked that he wasn't commercial. I liked that he didn't just say he would only do the surgery I wanted, but instead explained what my whole face looked like and how it could be improved. I hadn't even thought about hollow cheeks, but he suggested doing the surgery together by liposuctioning the cheek fat and placing it into the hollowed area. At other places, they said natural hollow cheeks are pretty and that filling them too much could make the face look round, but... I guess it's a matter of the director's personal taste.
